Information & Referral Tool/Services Information & Referral Tools/ServicesVermont Agency of Human Services - Screen Door The Screen Door website is a tool designed to help you find out about financial assistance and other support that might be available to help you. It will ask you some questions about you and your family, such as basic financial information, who lives with you, and some of the things you might need help with. It will then compare your answers with the various program rules. For each program, you will see if it looks like you or your family will qualify. This tool does not make the actual decision about your eligibility, but it will show you why we think you might be eligible after you are finished answering all the questions. Vermont 211 is a confidential health and human services information and referral program available to everyone in Vermont.
